Descriptif du poste

• Master’s degree in Software/ Computer Engineering (Bac+5) or Equivalent experience.
• Bilingualism is an asset (English / French).
• Experience maintaining and supporting solutions in a Cloud based environment (GCP or AWS)
• Experience working with various monitoring tools.
• Ensure monitoring and self-healing strategies are implemented and maintained to proactively prevent production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis of production issues.
• Design and manage on call and escalation processes.
• Participate in design reviews and production reviews for new features, products, or pieces of infrastructure.
• Designing and implementing ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) stack, Prometheus and Grafana solutions for monitoring and alerting.
• Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack
• Establish KPIs to demonstrate maturity, efficiency, and value to our business partners.
• Works as an integral part of the DevOps team with complimentary skills and common goals
• L3 Support experience is an asset.
• Work to create a Release management process, help with Out-of-business-hour deployments, and support (Rotation with team members)
• Familiar and comfortable with agile development techniques.

Profil Recherché

• Must be able to effectively interact with stakeholders, end users, business analysts, and technical. resources to gather requirements and prepare design specifications.
• Excellent ability to articulate and document technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (ability to uncover trouble rapidly and provide resolution).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where decisions you make will have a large process impact.
• Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions.
• Proven leadership and organization skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in virtual teams, handling multiple projects with geographically dispersed team members.
• Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings to meet hard deadlines and available to work occasional overnights to take part in deployment activities.
• Fast paced, changing working environment.
