We are recruiting HelpDesk Agents.
You receive calls in a friendly and professional manner,
You open or follow up on incident tickets in the helpdesk database, by qualifying the nature of the incident and the priority.
You will also be responsible for the management of all the information required to deal with the incident (contact, equipment concerned, error message, etc.).
You diagnose the breakdowns to treat at your level or assign them to the departments concerned
You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a help desk or user support role.
You will be able to work in a team environment and be able to work in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment.
You will be able to work in a team environment with a high degree of autonomy, rigour, organisation and respect for procedures. Your ability to listen, your calmness and your pedagogical skills will be highly appreciated for this position in contact with user
